What We Can Cut

Cut to length is supplied from the aluminium coil we hold ex-stock in Alloy 1100, temper H14, mill finish. The sheet width follows the coil width and the length is cut to your requirement.

Mill test certificates as per EN 10204-3.1 are available on request. Other alloys, widths and thicknesses can be supplied on a forward-delivery basis through our partner mills — see aluminium coils for the full coil range, or our plain aluminium sheet stock if a standard size suits.

1. Send us your sizes. Tell us the sheet width, the length, the thickness and how many sheets you need.
2. We quote. You get a price against your sizes, with certification confirmed if you need it.
3. We cut and supply. The coil is cut to length and the sheets are prepared for collection or delivery.

What is aluminium cut to length?

Cut to length, or CTL, is the process of uncoiling aluminium coil and cutting it into flat sheets at a stated length. Instead of buying a standard sheet size and trimming it, you tell us the sheet size you need and we cut it from coil.

What sheet sizes can aluminium coils be cut to?

The sheet width follows the coil width, which is 1220 mm or 1500 mm from our ex-stock coils, and the length is cut to your requirement. Stocked thicknesses for cut to length are 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm in Alloy 1100 H14.

Which aluminium alloy is stocked for cut to length in the UAE?

Alloy 1100 H14 in mill finish is held ex-stock in our warehouses in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Other alloys, widths and thicknesses can be supplied on a forward-delivery basis through our partner mills.

Do you supply mill test certificates with cut to length sheets?
